Back on That One Book Train

So when I first started this project last summer, I had no clue where it would take me. After writing my first outline, I was thinking it would be a trilogy. Then, after writing a chunk, I figured hey, I can fit this all in one book. But a close friend said no, that is too much for one book, do a duology instead. Why not? It worked well with my two main characters, each book could kind of be a ‘in their image’ (whatever that means) situation. Now, after rewriting everything I had for book one, I am back on that one book idea. Ugh. But I haven’t written any of book two. So who knows how long that will be. Time will only tell I guess. The point is get it written.
